McCormick Maintenance is a third generation construction business.- Our roots run deep in the trade. It all started with the home below. My grandfather’s commitment to honest workmanship and pride in building started with AFM Manufacturing here in Eugene, OR.

Our craftsmanship has been passed down through generations and we are a proudly led father-and-son partnership. We’ve come together—combining decades of experience with a fresh, forward-thinking approach. Growing up around job sites, blueprints, and tools, construction has always been part of our lives. We learned early that quality work, integrity, and accountability matter more than cutting corners or rushing a job. Those values continue to guide every project we take on.
